Jill Stanulis

Jill serves public and private sector clients regarding their defined benefit pension plans and post-retirement medical and life plans. Client assignments include actuarial valuations and cost studies. Jill currently consults to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority Defined Benefit Plan and recently completed an actuarial review of the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System. She has also developed PC models used for asset-liability studies as well as liability projections. Jill worked extensively on cost estimates of pension plans sponsored by Japanese companies for purposes of potential mergers and acquisitions.

Jill has prepared the actuarial analysis for the annual valuations and the pricing reports for prepaid tuition programs in the states of Ohio, Colorado, Washington, Nevada, and Wisconsin. She has also worked on stochastic asset-liability studies for Ohio, Colorado, and Washington.
