Lena Stumper is a principal and a product owner with Milliman’s Employee Benefits Administration Practice. In her current role, she directs the product development for the Defined Contribution and Health and Welfare Administration products. Lena has been in the industry and with Milliman since 2004.

Experience

Lena became a product owner of the Defined Contribution product in 2019 and added the Health and Welfare product in 2021. Before her role as product owner, she managed DC quality assurance for eight years, improving standard administration and processing procedures. During her time as the DC quality assurance auditor, she became a Milliman principal. Lena also worked at Milliman as a DC operational support specialist for two years, transitioning clients into a new recordkeeping system, developing systems, and providing technical support to the DC Practice. Additionally, she was a DC payroll manager for two years and a DC client service administrator for two and a half years. As a principal, Lena has also served on Milliman-wide committees for the practice, including the Product and Technology Accreditation Committee, a national committee evaluating products and technologies; and the Professional Development Committee, directing companywide learning and development efforts.
