Brian J. Tax
Brian is an integral member of the development team for Milliman's Seattle Employee Benefits practice. He is a primary developer of desktop, client server, and Web applications. His main focus is in health and welfare outsourcing. He also takes part in many other projects for the entire practice supporting both in-house and external systems. Brian joined the firm in 2000.
Experience
Brian's experience includes designing and implementing Windows-based applications for internal and client use. His expertise includes Web, desktop, and distributed database-driven applications. He is responsible for designing, building, and testing database applications for Milliman health and welfare outsourcing practices. Some major projects include design and implementation of HIPPA compliant data extraction systems and several Internet transactional systems for benefits enrollment. Brian has been working in the application development field since 1997.
