Jessica Worobec is a principal and senior benefits consultant in Milliman Omaha’s Employee Benefits Health and Welfare Practice. She works closely with clients and internally with enrollment services, account management, consulting, business development, and senior leaders to manage, coordinate, prioritize, and execute various client objectives and overall business initiatives. Jessie manages four managers and eight senior staff members within the enrollment services team of the Omaha Health Practice.

Experience

Since joining Milliman in 2004, Jessie has been involved in a wide range of projects and clients. In her previous role as a marketing manager, she played an integral role in an extensive variety of marketing projects, including the growth and development of Benefits Benchmarking to provide benchmarking information to Milliman clients in a concise but powerful format. Jessie also oversaw a team responsible for numerous marketing efforts and assisted in the development of new products, marketing materials, and client events. When she transitioned into an account management role, she was responsible for maintaining the relationship and retention of our practice’s largest client. She also led a team of other account managers, specifically for our PEO clients. She continues to work with clients and Milliman consultants in the delivery and ongoing enhancement of various consulting services and products.
