Navigating the regulatory landscape: Wellness benefits in supplemental health products

There is a notable trend nationwide to restrict or prohibit wellness benefits in supplemental health insurance – also known as excepted benefits products, such as accident-only policies, hospital indemnity, specified disease and disability income policies.
