St. Jude Medical Center (SJMC) successfully used the Milliman Care Guidelines® and CareWebQI® to support an agenda for change to improve and achieve evidence-based best practice care processes. Details of SJMC's implementation of the Milliman tools, in combination with modifications of its own medical management processes, are included in this case study.
