Consumer Report and IntelliScript Requests: If your request concerns a medical or prescription report prepared or disclosed by IntelliScript, including a consumer report prepared as part of IntelliScript’s consumer reporting activities, or IntelliScript’s processing activities, please contact the Intelliscript team directly using the contact information below. Contacting IntelliScript directly helps make sure your request reaches the team best equipped to review it and respond in a timely manner. These requests should not be submitted through Milliman’s online Data Privacy Request Form or general privacy request process.
