Dustin Grzeskowiak is a principal and consulting actuary with Milliman’s Health Practice. He is located in the Washington, D.C. area and joined the firm in 2013.
Experience
Dustin’s area of expertise is health insurance. He has led consulting engagements for health plans and HMOs, including start-up entities and providers. These engagements include health systems, ACOs, and specialty vendors, public and private employer groups, and other entities such as a large retailer. Currently, Dustin manages client engagements, including:
- Medicare Advantage and Part D product strategy and bid submissions
- Direct Primary Care strategy and pricing
- Medical economics and healthcare outcomes assessments
- Value-based contracting support for providers and payers
- Physician staffing and patient capacity / provider market penetration analyses
- Employer health benefit plan strategy and analytics
- Statements of actuarial opinion for actuarial liabilities including captives
Prior to joining Milliman, Dustin had actuarial experience in the health insurance industry, working in Medicare Advantage pricing, actuarial and financial reporting, and actuarial process improvement, among others.
